We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and had great facilities, such as a delicious breakfast and nice pastry shop. The location was ideal, as it was near the city center and transportation was easily accessible, even down the little alley.
Nothing bad to say.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city. Its location down the little alley near Bingen city center is perfect for exploring all the sights. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met. The rooms were spotlessly clean and we appreciated the attention to detail, with a bottle of water waiting for us upon arrival. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast included in the price, a great way to start the day.
Everything was more than ok.

Although down a little alley, it was right in the action of the town center. the room was spacious and clean with good water pressure in the shower. the breakfast was a highlight with many options and delicious baked goods. the staff was friendly and helpful when available.
The reception was only staffed intermittently, and the key had to be carried to access the building.

This hotel is a hidden gem down the little alley, right in the downtown area. The attention to detail is remarkable, with rooms that are tastefully decorated and a bottle of water waiting for us upon arrival. The staff is friendly and helpful, recommending a fantastic restaurant just a few steps away. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, including delicious rolls and pastries.
Although there was one minor issue, everything else was spot on.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location is absolutely perfect - tucked away down a little alley, right in the downtown of the city. It was so convenient to have everything within walking distance, from shops to squares and sights. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, with little touches like a bottle of water waiting for us in the room. And lastly, the breakfast was simply amazing! The service was impeccable and the food was delicious.
All was absolutely fine, nothing to complain about.

What a weekend! We had an incredible time in a wonderful place, surrounded by fantastic shops and cafes. Despite the lack of parking, we had no trouble finding our way around on our own. the beds were super comfy, and we cherish the memory of those cozy flannel sheets.

The rooms were big and the breakfast room was spacious and comfortable. The location was great, easy access to the main attraction and beautiful scenery. In addition, the staff was friendly during our stay.
We had a terrible experience overall due to the hotel's lack of security. There was no staff at the hotel during the night and no key access to the building, which made us feel very unsafe and uncomfortable. Furthermore, the bedding was strange, with a single quilt on top of a double bed and no sheets, and the television was small and outdated. We also had to carry the key with us to get in and out of the building, and the hotel was down a side alley and not mentioned, so we could have easily missed it.
